Lauren DeSalvo

My name is Lauren DeSalvo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed understanding of how difficult experiences shape the nervous system and influence emotional responses. I integrate evidence-based, trauma-focused therapies including EMDR, Brainspotting, and parts-based work to support the processing of trauma and grief while maintaining emotional safety. You do not have to navigate grief and trauma alone. I strive to offer a compassionate, supportive space where we can work together to help you feel more grounded, supported, and able to make sense of what you’re carrying.
